HEMODIALYSIS SERVICES, Inc. is seeking to fill immediate openings in Steubenville, Ohio For Dialysis Registered Nurses with at least one year of dialysis experience or one year of Critical Care experience. Two years experience in Medical-Surgical nursing preferred.Responsibilities Include:? Applies the nursing process consistently based on established standards relative to the delivery of patient care. ? Access patients? clinical condition accurately while planning appropriate nursing actions to meet the needs of the patient. ? Performs treatment based on physician orders, CMS standards, and established company/hospital standards of care. ? Document appropriate medical information, including patient observations and reactions/outcomes, patient contacts, medication order changes, re-certifications, progress updates, and care plan changes.? Consistently assists team members in the delivery of acute hemodialysis procedures utilizing the established standards of care. ? Must be able to lift not less than 30 lbs.
